We offer FREE shipping worldwide for all our orders . To make your Clawset Jewelry experience as hassle-free as possible.

Shipping Timeline

Clawset Jewelry is committed to the timely delivery of your order. However, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or inaccurate addresses may affect the delivery period, causing constraints in rare cases. The estimated shipment date is the date when your order will be dispatched from our shipping office. It does not include any additional time required by the delivery partner for conveyance or local customs to complete the delivery process for international orders. All our orders are consigned via 4-7 business-day shipments. All loose diamond orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 5 days from the order date . All customized products purchased will be delivered within 15-28 working days from the date of order confirmation .Turn around time for international orders is 15-28 working days from the date of order confirmation .

Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery to remote or hard-to-reach locations. Orders to such locations may experience additional transit time, require alternate carriers or delivery methods, or be subject to delivery restrictions.

Delivery Partners

We use trusted delivery companies such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS for all our shipments. An alternative shipping method may be used when appropriate to reach your target destination and delivery date.

Safety Precautions & Insurance

For your protection, Clawset Jewelry always insures all items for their total value. All the shipments require an adult signature at the delivery destination. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped by us. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APOs, and FPOs to ensure full safety of your package.

Custom Charges And Duties

Clawset Jewelry proudly offers Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping on all international orders. This means that all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are fully handled and paid by us. You will not be required to pay any additional customs fees or taxes at the time of delivery. Your order will arrive at your doorstep without any extra charges or delays due to customs processing.

In the unlikely event that you are asked by the courier or customs authorities to make any payment related to import duties or taxes upon delivery, please contact us immediately at contact@clawsetjewelry.com and provide a copy of the official receipt or proof of payment. Once verified, Clawset Jewelry will promptly refund the full amount paid for such charges.

Please note that certain countries or remote regions may fall outside the scope of our DDP coverage due to local customs restrictions or logistical limitations. In such rare cases, any applicable import duties, taxes, or clearance fees may be the customer’s responsibility, and we will notify you in advance whenever possible.

Additionally, sales taxes or value-added taxes (VAT) applicable in your country or region will be calculated at checkout and must be paid by the customer as part of the total order amount.

While we take every precaution to ensure smooth and duty-free delivery, Clawset Jewelry cannot be held responsible for delays, additional inspections, or administrative errors caused by customs authorities or third-party couriers beyond our control. Nevertheless, we will always assist you in resolving such issues to the best of our ability to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Track Your Order

We make it easy for you to know how soon you can expect the delivery of your product. All orders are scheduled to ship on or before the expected shipment date shown in the

order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information.
